In the 9th minute of the match Fast layne Fc got a corner. Green Squad FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cléberson Sampaio ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Danilo Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kukava Raas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Jessie Pinkman could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Kukava Raas however easily saved by the left post. Gilvan Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 31 minutes into the game, Green Squad FC's Tadeu Cosme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kukava Raas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Enéas Gaspar's late challenge caught a Green Squad FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enéas Gaspar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Enéas Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jessie Pinkman got free with Kukava Raas in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Danilo Pinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilvan Sanches was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 51st minute, Tadeu Cosme made a precise shot to the right of Kukava Raas. Fast layne Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 56 minutes into the match, Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danilo Pinho. In the 59th minute, Gonçalo Maia made a precise shot to the right of Kukava Raas. Fast layne Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 64 minutes into the game, Roy Maciver was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fast layne Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Green Squad FC the free kick. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Pinho in the 70th minute of play. Fast layne Fc made a substitution. Elano Silveira replaced Jorge Mangueira. Fast layne Fc's Egídio Vinhas was substituted for Nuno Rangel. Kukava Raas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Cosme in the 79th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fast layne Fc's Danilo Pinho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilvan Sanches. That made the score 6-1 after 81 minutes of play. In the 85th minute Gonçalo Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kukava Raas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fast layne Fc's Enéas Gaspar got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Enéas Gaspar off the ground. In the 86th minute, Enéas Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Tadeu Cosme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kukava Raas was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Green Squad FC fully deserved thier win.
