Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jessie Pinkman took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Inter de Melão booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delfim Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilvan Sanches having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Claudio-Paul Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jessie Pinkman. In the 8th minute, Conrado Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulisses Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Claudio-Paul Taffarel made a huge save. In the 16th minute Delfim Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilvan Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Gonçalo Maia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio-Paul Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 21 played minutes Inter de Melão got a freekick which was hit by Klaus Meine. Jessie Pinkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Inter de Melão's Claudio-Paul Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Furlan in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Cosme in the 24th minute of play forced Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Claudio-Paul Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes in the game, Gonçalo Maia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Claudio-Paul Taffarel having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play, Green Squad FC's Conrado Pernambucano made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio-Paul Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute Green Squad FC were awarded a corner. Conrado Pernambucano went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Jessie Pinkman advanced and headed the ball into goal, 3-0 in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's Tobias Zachrisson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilvan Sanches narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gilvan Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Paraense in the 40th minute of the match. Jessie Pinkman succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. 47 minutes into the match, Green Squad FC's Jessie Pinkman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio-Paul Taffarel narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The wind increased when Delfim Paraense made the kick off in the second half. Tadeu Cosme hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, one of Green Squad FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Green Squad FC. Gilvan Sanches had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Delfim Paraense's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Maia came free, but Claudio-Paul Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Pernambucano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Acácio Pernambucano charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Acácio Pernambucano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Acácio Pernambucano hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Ulisses Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Squad FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulisses Antunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio-Paul Taffarel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jessie Pinkman in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio-Paul Taffarel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 66 minutes Inter de Melão's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrado Pernambucano who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Inter de Melão's goalie and right to Gonçalo Maia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Inter de Melão's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Claudio-Paul Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Pernambucano in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Inter de Melão's Maurinho Vergílio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Maurinho Vergílio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Inter de Melão protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Maurinho Vergílio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Inter de Melão:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Green Squad FC:s goal. After 76 minutes of play, Green Squad FC's Ulisses Antunes made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio-Paul Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the game, Green Squad FC's Ulisses Antunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio-Paul Taffarel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Claudio-Paul Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Green Squad FC booed when Inter de Melão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeu Cosme took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio-Paul Taffarel. Claudio-Paul Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Jessie Pinkman hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Dráuzio Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inter de Melão's Claudio-Paul Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jessie Pinkman in the 97th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Antunes in the 99th minute of play forced Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Claudio-Paul Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Green Squad FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
