The Fast layne Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Kukava Raas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Paraense in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Roy Maciver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Fast layne Fc's Kukava Raas got control of the ball when Tobias Zachrisson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Paraense to maneuver through the defense. Kukava Raas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Fast layne Fc's Danilo Pinho in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Inter de Melão's Claudio-Paul Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Pinho in the 58th minute of play. Danilo Pinho in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudio-Paul Taffarel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ace Gallardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudio-Paul Taffarel. That made the score 1-5 in the 68 minute of play. Claudio-Paul Taffarel didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. In the 74th match minute, Fast layne Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. Claudio-Paul Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Fast layne Fc's Danilo Pinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Claudio-Paul Taffarel. Claudio-Paul Taffarel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. Gildo Albuquerque might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudio-Paul Taffarel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gildo Albuquerque ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudio-Paul Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gildo Albuquerque in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fast layne Fc's Gildo Albuquerque slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudio-Paul Taffarel. That made the score 1-8 after 96 minutes of play.
