The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the São Cristóvão F.C defense, Horacio Sayveon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kiko Matorin. The São Cristóvão F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kiko Matorin should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Vítor Vieira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kiko Matorin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The São Cristóvão F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE were winning 0-3.

In the 55th minute, Horacio Sayveon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kiko Matorin came out of the goal and Horacio Sayveon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the game, Horacio Sayveon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Kiko Matorin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Sayveon in the 77th minute of play forced São Cristóvão F.C's goalkeeper Kiko Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. São Cristóvão F.C were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuel Urbano took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Gláuber da Fonseca heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The São Cristóvão F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
