The corner led CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Xande Campbell to fire away a dangerous shot which Richard-Dean Textex despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Humberto Vidal hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard-Dean Textex. Nonatos United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso da Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Richard-Dean Textex made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ booed when Nonatos United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benê Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afonso da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wlodzimierz Swoboda replaced David Brás. In the 61st minute, Well-Well Junior hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eurico Viana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludomil Ziomkowski having to make a save. Richard-Dean Textex made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Zhou Wei Fan sent off a good shot on target. Richard-Dean Textex made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zhou Wei Fan in the 87th minute. The supporters of CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ booed when Nonatos United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position.
