An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso da Cunha in the 10th minute of play forced Renascer's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes, Afonso da Cunha made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Renascer's Gilvan Sanches tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Liviu Terzian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the game, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilvan Sanches made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 38thth minute of the game Afonso da Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Renascer's Gilvan Sanches was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cléberson Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gilvan Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilvan Sanches came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha. But to his dismay, Afonso da Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Gilvan Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso da Cunha in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

51 minutes into the match, Renascer's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liviu Terzian. In the 53rd minute Afonso da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilvan Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilvan Sanches came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha. But to his dismay, Afonso da Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Breno Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gilvan Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilvan Sanches. That made the score 0-10 after 74 minutes of play. Gilvan Sanches didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Breno Torres went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilvan Sanches. Renascer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso da Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein scored 0-15 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilvan Sanches, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Renascer fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
