Ahmad Reza Asadi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan de Lara in the 28th minute of the match. In the 28th match minute, Santos Campineiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adilson Camargo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Onuralp Ergüden kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thomás Vides. That made the score 4-0 in the 30 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Onuralp Ergüden got free with Thomás Vides in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Orlandus took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomás Vides. Thomás Vides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidnei Baptista to strike the kick off in the second half. Thomás Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Baloy in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Sidnei Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Sidney Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 61st minute, Sidney Albuquerque made a precise shot to the right of Thomás Vides. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Thomás Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Albuquerque in the 66th minute of play. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Thomás Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidnei Baptista in the 74th minute of play. The AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás Vides should have stopped the shot.
