The supporters of Santos Campineiro booed when Quandus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adhemar Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, Santos Campineiro's Jonathan Orlandus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Diogo Negri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santos Campineiro reached it. Diogo Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Enekoitz in the 13th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Onuralp Ergüden left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santos Campineiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jonathan Orlandus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onuralp Ergüden in the 26th minute of play forced Quandus's goalkeeper Diogo Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Quandus's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Enekoitz came free, but Diogo Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Santos Campineiro were awarded a corner. Jonathan Orlandus went to the cornerflag to take it. Edgar Pitta made a great header on Santos Campineiro's corner, it was just that Quandus's Diogo Negri managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Quandus defense, Edgar Pitta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diogo Negri. The Quandus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diogo Negri should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the game, Onuralp Ergüden cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Diogo Negri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Anibal Enekoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos Campineiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Anibal Enekoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Negri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quandus were furious when Romário Netto was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Santos Campineiro made a substitution. Sidney Albuquerque replaced Anibal Enekoitz. In the 46th minute, one of Quandus:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quandus. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidney Albuquerque stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Tiago Gabriel Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidnei Baptista who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Diogo Negri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Sidnei Baptista notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Quandus's Diogo Negri. Diogo Negri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diogo Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Albuquerque in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Jonathan Orlandus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diogo Negri made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Sidnei Baptista sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Quandus's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Albuquerque came free, but Diogo Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Quandus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo França to maneuver through the defense. Quandus's Diogo Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Orlandus in the 70th minute of play. Sidnei Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Diogo Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidney Albuquerque succeeded in the game's 72nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-8. Diogo Negri came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos Campineiro's Jonathan Orlandus. But to his dismay, Jonathan Orlandus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Diogo Negri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antony Sharkin went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Diogo Negri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sidnei Baptista in the 84th minute. Santos Campineiro's Sidney Albuquerque got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sidney Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Sidney Albuquerque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diogo Negri. Quandus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sidney Albuquerque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Quandus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Sidney Albuquerque scored to the left of an out of position Diogo Negri, making the score, 0-13. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel Vaz in the 99th minute of play forced Santos Campineiro's goalkeeper Ahmad Reza Asadi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Campineiro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
