If Rahmad Lunggana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Caco Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rahmad Lunggana in the 16th minute of the match. Ryszard Iwanowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Ferit Boğatekin made a huge save. After 22 played minutes AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Rahmad Lunggana. Rahmad Lunggana struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Caco Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murilo Prestes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. C.'s attentive Válbson Machado managed to snatch the ball when Klaus Pichler made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game.
