Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Prestes in the 4th minute of play. Dawid Dziewulski struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Caco Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.Salgado F.C.. In the 7th minute Murilo Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ryszard Iwanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caco Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th match minute, F.Salgado F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Antunes to maneuver through the defense. F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save F.Salgado F.C. from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Moreno came free, but Caco Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, SORRISO E. C.'s Ryszard Iwanowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matt Ryan. Matt Ryan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Caco Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caco Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Rainerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Caco Azevedo came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno. But to his dismay, Teodoro Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 36 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu de Mendonça. In the 36th minute of the match Robert Macaneață shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caco Azevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Teodoro Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Iwanowski in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Prestes came free, but Matt Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Caco Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Moreno. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 67th minute of play forced SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Caco Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matt Ryan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ryszard Iwanowski's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, SORRISO E. C.'s Ryszard Iwanowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matt Ryan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Teodoro Moreno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caco Azevedo having to make a save. Caco Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Teodoro Moreno sent off a good shot on target. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murilo Prestes in the 90th minute of the match. Ryszard Iwanowski scored 3-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matt Ryan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, SORRISO E. C.'s Edmílson da Rocha got a free kick in the 96th minute. F.Salgado F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
