Everyone was convinced a goal was close when BlacK & BlueS's Ernani Brito in the 15th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Kale Kaledin was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Esporte Clube do Porto through an amazing save. BlacK & BlueS's Matías Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asep Darusman in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, BlacK & BlueS's goal looked a bit too open when Okanay Elmas came free, but Matías Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Xavier Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Esporte Clube do Porto supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Esporte Clube do Porto would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
