Eduardo Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goalkeeper Atakan Oykan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Mendonça. 42 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Ribeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Atakan Oykan. LauerArmy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Ribeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Cristóvão Ribeiro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Murilo Cabral notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Inter Gala's Eduardo Baiano. Eduardo Baiano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Inter Gala made a substitution. Heinz Stalder replaced Jaime Rodrigues. The wind increased when Heinz Stalder made the kick off in the second half. Inter Gala's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Arí Pereira scored to the left of an out of position Eduardo Baiano, making the score, 1-3. In the 59th minute, Arí Pereira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 61st minute Murilo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atakan Oykan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Souto in the 62nd minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Rio Ferdinand tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eduardo Baiano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Atakan Oykan came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Inter Gala's Edgar Souto. But to his dismay, Edgar Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. LauerArmy's Angelo Teixeira was substituted for Arí Pereira. Inter Gala made a substitution. Dênis Cavalcante replaced Alfredão Brasil. After having played for 77 minutes, Angelo Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LauerArmy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Teixeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inter Gala made a substitution. Donato Capixaba replaced Karl-Magnus Biörkquist. Murilo Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Baiano having to interfere. Inter Gala's Eduardo Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Inter Gala from getting a goal against them. Eduardo Baiano stood somewhat misplaced when Murilo Cabral came free in front of goal and shot 2-5 to the left of him in the 87 minute. In the 94th minute, Richard Mendonça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atakan Oykan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. Atakan Oykan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinz Stalder in the 97th minute of the match. The Inter Gala fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LauerArmy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
