Zé Roberto Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Secanell having to interfere. Cipriano Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Palmeira in the 10th minute of play. Bola Quadrada FC were furious when Reinaldo Trancoso was red carded, 13 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Bola Quadrada FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of São Salvador:s goal. The goalkeeper, Cipriano Firmin, was totally fooled by São Salvador's Analajit Aujla, who 15 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cipriano Firmin made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Nilton de Queirós sent off a good shot on target. Cipriano Firmin was a little too slow when Nelson Palmeira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 29th minute Bola Quadrada FC were awarded a corner. Tibo Huijsmans went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Tibo Huijsmans almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but São Salvador's Erasmo Secanell did a great save. 31 minutes into the match, São Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Tibo Huijsmans came free, but Erasmo Secanell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Nilton de Queirós had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Firmin. Bola Quadrada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nilton de Queirós was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Brosio in the 40th minute of play forced Bola Quadrada FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Kauan Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Secanell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Palmeira in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Analajit Aujla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. São Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bola Quadrada FC the free kick. Analajit Aujla kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Zé Roberto Nóbrega struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Erasmo Secanell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bola Quadrada FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 56th minute Bola Quadrada FC were awarded a corner. Tibo Huijsmans went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Tibo Huijsmans got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erasmo Secanell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 61st minute of the match Rúben Raposo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cipriano Firmin skillfully saved the ball. Erasmo Secanell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Smailagic in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Nelson Palmeira sped through Bola Quadrada FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cipriano Firmin. Cipriano Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Brosio in the 80th minute of play. After 81 played minutes São Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Brosio. Zé Roberto Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Secanell having to interfere. Ni Guo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zé Roberto Nóbrega received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erasmo Secanell came out and tried to block the shot, but Zé Roberto Nóbrega slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 88th minute. Iskandar Hui kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. It was a brilliant solo performance by Bola Quadrada FC's Tibo Huijsmans when he shot the ball into the net to 4-2 in the 93rd minute. São Salvador were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bola Quadrada FC for a fine match.
