William Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余永川, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Arthur Bufi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Meira in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cruzeiro Esporte Clube defense, Almir Meira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arthur Bufi. The Cruzeiro Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arthur Bufi should have stopped the shot. In the 10th minute, Enrique de Mendonça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. William Gaúcho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Arthur Bufi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Meira in the 21st minute of play. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s William Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Cwojdak in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s William Gaúcho got control of the ball when Gong Fan tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Casa Real de Savóia F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Tomas Paelemans hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Almir Meira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arthur Bufi. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Almir Meira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

In the 50th minute, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Almir Meira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Arthur Bufi was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Tomas Paelemans capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Paelemans really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. The nice shot from Poli Puyol in the 60thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Arthur Bufi had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Arthur Bufi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Poli Puyol's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. William Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 余永川 in the 62nd minute of the match. Arthur Bufi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Poli Puyol in the 65th minute. In the 73rd minute Gwidon Cwojdak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 余永川, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Almir Meira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arthur Bufi. Almir Meira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Gualter Meirelles was substituted for Pedro Paulo Dante. 82 minutes into the match, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Cwojdak came free, but William Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Tomas Paelemans scored to the left of an out of position Arthur Bufi, making the score, 1-7. Almir Meira struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Arthur Bufi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casa Real de Savóia F.C.. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s William Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Cwojdak in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Gwidon Cwojdak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cruzeiro Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-7. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
