Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Roberto Nóbrega in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck William Gaúcho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zé Roberto Nóbrega came free, but William Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rios Ferdinand got free with Cipriano Firmin in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the game's 24th minute Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Rios Ferdinand took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Cipriano Firmin and thus the score was 1-0. Bola Quadrada FC's Cipriano Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richárd Lovász in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Poli Puyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauan Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauan Bittencourt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Poli Puyol hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Tibo Huijsmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Paelemans in the 45th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Tomas Paelemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Roberto Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Almir Meira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bola Quadrada FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Cipriano Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Poli Puyol, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. William Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Smailagic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bola Quadrada FC's Cipriano Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poli Puyol in the 66th minute of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Zé Roberto Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bola Quadrada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Roberto Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Almir Meira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Firmin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Róbson Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Dindelegan in the 79th minute of play forced Bola Quadrada FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80th play minutes Almir Meira shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Cipriano Firmin and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Poli Puyol in the 84th minute of play forced Bola Quadrada FC's goalkeeper Cipriano Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Richárd Lovász nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Firmin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s William Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Bittencourt in the 98th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Casa Real de Savóia F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bola Quadrada FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
