After a rather tough play, B-S-L's Hudson Sergipano got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Betão Botelho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peter Lundgren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, B-S-L's Peter Lundgren got control of the ball when Jairo Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Scotland Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Matorin came free, but Juarês da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Alcântara in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Scotland Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Matorin came free, but Juarês da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Júnior de Moraes scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juarês da Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. B-S-L's Peter Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save B-S-L from getting a goal against them. Peter Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Scotland Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Matorin came free, but Juarês da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led to B-S-L's Guga Bezerra getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Juarês da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Matorin in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior de Moraes in the 33rd minute of play forced Scotland Titans's goalkeeper Juarês da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Scotland Titans's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Patryk Gecionis who took care of the corner kick. Peter Lundgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Alcântara in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Augusto Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scotland Titans fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 44 minutes into the game, Hudson Sergipano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. B-S-L's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scotland Titans the free kick. The supporters of Scotland Titans booed when B-S-L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hudson Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Adilson Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Adilson Matorin made the kick off in the second half. Scotland Titans's Juarês da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adilson Matorin in the 54th minute of play. Juarês da Silveira came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by B-S-L's Adilson Matorin. But to his dismay, Adilson Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to B-S-L getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Adilson Matorin hit a great ball. After 61 minutes of play, B-S-L's Patryk Gecionis made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juarês da Silveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Betão Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Peter Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doni Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of B-S-L booed when Scotland Titans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júnior de Moraes struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Juarês da Silveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for B-S-L. In the 74th minute Adilson Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. B-S-L's Peter Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dida Azevedo in the 77th minute of play. Di Angelsø kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. B-S-L made a substitution. Sebastião Baiano replaced Júnior de Moraes. Sebastião Baiano came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juarês da Silveira could save by the left post. After 88 played minutes Scotland Titans got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Souto. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scotland Titans's goalkeeper Juarês da Silveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th minute, one of B-S-L:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for B-S-L. In the 97th minute Nildo Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The B-S-L supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing B-S-L would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
