When Catugi FC's Carlos Alberto Soares in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goalie prevented a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto Soares came free, but Bernard Fedosz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Alberto Soares in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Fedosz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Catugi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vicente Valladares in the 9th minute. A nice corner shot did that Vicente Valladares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernard Fedosz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Catugi FC booed when Beto Martini MZ 20 years was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Felli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabiano Maranhense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Fedosz having to interfere. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka got control of the ball when Jon Stark tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Carlos Alberto Soares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Fedosz was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Fedosz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Alberto Soares in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Fedosz saved Beto Martini MZ 20 years from getting behind. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Beto Martini MZ 20 years's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vicente Valladares was slow to take the kick. During this time Catugi FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Vicente Valladares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernard Fedosz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 42 minutes, Carlos Alberto Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catugi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Alberto Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Alberto Soares in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Fedosz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute Carlos Alberto Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Fedosz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Maranhense in the 45th minute of play forced Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goalkeeper Bernard Fedosz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisinho Carneiro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Bernard Fedosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Soares in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Alberto Soares to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Carlos Alberto Soares got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bernard Fedosz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Walmir Pombal came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Catugi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walmir Pombal couldn't finish the play. Reko Nybacka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jochen Gijselinx in the 53rd minute of play. Catugi FC's Fabiano Maranhense got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chuttur Lønge came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Maranhense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Bernard Fedosz made a huge save. When Catugi FC's Carlos Alberto Soares in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bernard Fedosz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catugi FC. Carlos Alberto Soaress short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Bernard Fedosz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carlos Alberto Soares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Bernard Fedosz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luisinho Carneiro's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisinho Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Beto Martini MZ 20 years got a freekick which was hit by Luisinho Carneiro. The crowd rose to their feet as Catugi FC's Fabiano Maranhense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernard Fedosz. That made the score 0-3 after 77 minutes of play. In the 79th minute Carlos Alberto Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Fedosz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Valladares in the 81st minute of play forced Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goalkeeper Bernard Fedosz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
