After 11 minutes of play, Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alessandro Linares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jefferson de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Alessandro Linares made a huge save. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caldebrazza's goalkeeper Alessandro Linares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alessandro Linares made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Abdelbassir Cestarolli sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Caldebrazza booed when Cestarolli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryan Cestarolli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelbassir Cestarolli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessandro Linares having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 25th minute of play forced Caldebrazza's goalkeeper Alessandro Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Caldebrazza defense, Abdelbassir Cestarolli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alessandro Linares. The Caldebrazza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alessandro Linares should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Lucian in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reynaldo Cestarolli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Xavier Sabrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelbassir Cestarolli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessandro Linares having to make a save. Alessandro Linares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Abdelbassir Cestarolli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cestarolli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelbassir Cestarolli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alessandro Linares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Jefferson de Mendonça fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alessandro Linares, passed just outside the right post. Reynaldo Cestarolli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Sabrosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelbassir Cestarolli scored 3-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessandro Linares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdelbassir Cestarolli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abdelbassir Cestarolli took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessandro Linares. Alessandro Linares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 57th minute Abdelbassir Cestarolli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jefferson de Mendonça made a great header on Cestarolli FC's corner, it was just that Caldebrazza's Alessandro Linares managed to reach the ball for a save. Alessandro Linares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdelbassir Cestarolli's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Abdelbassir Cestarolli took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessandro Linares. Alessandro Linares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Alessandro Linares came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli. But to his dismay, Abdelbassir Cestarolli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Abdelbassir Cestarolli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cestarolli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelbassir Cestarolli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alessandro Linares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute Abdelbassir Cestarolli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caldebrazza's Alessandro Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Caldebrazza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Neiva to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson de Mendonça in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Cestarolli FC got a corner. Caldebrazza's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jefferson de Mendonça ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alessandro Linares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alessandro Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 94th minute of the match.
