Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Per Tunström started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Per Tunström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 22nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magne Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Tunström, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Mariano Lacasa scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magne Gunnarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chile's Jose Manzanedo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bertil Hellgren, made in the 46th minute of the game.

Rönnöfors FF's Torsten Åman was substituted for Arne Stor. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ivar Häll hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 66th minute, Bertil Hellgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Hellgren to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magne Gunnarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 90th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 92nd minute of play.
