In the 6th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Leicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, MarineerS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Arnoldo Leicea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the MarineerS FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Cezmi Gök could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Valentin Rydberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. MarineerS FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Rydberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of MarineerS FK's Arnoldo Leicea. Arnoldo Leicea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. MarineerS FK's Valentin Rydberg got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cezmi Gök who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MarineerS FK's Cezmi Gök was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. MarineerS FK's Arnoldo Leicea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th match minute, MarineerS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Glapiak to maneuver through the defense. Cezmi Gök could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Valentin Rydberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 45 minutes of play, MarineerS FK's Cezmi Gök made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cezmi Gök made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezmi Gök, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Dinç Tuncay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezmi Gök in the 58th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinç Tuncay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezmi Gök in the 61st minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Žydrūnas Pauža came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Žydrūnas Pauža in the 71st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinç Tuncay, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Leicea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 75 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. When MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Rydberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Žydrūnas Pauža's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. If Valentin Rydberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Serafino Modestio replaced Dinç Tuncay. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Žydrūnas Pauža in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After a rather tough play, MarineerS FK's Derviş Akçınar got a free kick in the 96th minute. MarineerS FK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
