Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Richard Roma made the kick off which started today's match. When Abram Luque came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Luque couldn't finish the play. Charlie Bucket showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Sugar. Henry Sugar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Charlie Bucket reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Tamayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brooklyn SC's Charlie Bucket played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Roma got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of El Salvador booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randall Haynes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Henry Sugar lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Ricardo Zorita. The crowd rose to their feet as Henry Sugar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Luque. Titus Holland's late challenge caught a El Salvador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 57th minute, Richard Roma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The audience was convinced that Richard Roma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Zorita was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Richard Roma took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Sugar in the 79th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Roma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Titus Holland in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by El Salvador's Abram Luque. 90 minutes into the match, Henry Sugar notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Randall Haynes made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Douglas Pace however managed to control. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ash Fox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brooklyn SC had played much better football throughout.
