Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. Tomás Gaizko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Gaizko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomás Gaizko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Tomás Gaizko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Tomás Gaizko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Gaizko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes of play, Correla q va en Chancleta's Tomás Gaizko made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Tomás Gaizko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomás Gaizko who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomás Gaizko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. The Correla q va en Chancleta fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Correla q va en Chancleta's Tomás Gaizko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 38th minute, Tomás Gaizko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Correla q va en Chancleta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 44 minutes into the match, Tomás Gaizko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Gaizko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Tomás Gaizko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 48 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Gaizko came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 52nd minute, Tomás Gaizko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Correla q va en Chancleta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. The supporters of Correla q va en Chancleta booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbrecht Colebinders, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbrecht Colebinders in the 75th minute of play. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robbrecht Colebinders went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Federico Brambilla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Brambilla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Robbrecht Colebinders kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. In the 91st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. Robbrecht Colebinders fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robbrecht Colebinders's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Correla q va en Chancleta's Robbrecht Colebinders. But to his dismay, Robbrecht Colebinders quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. When the referee ended the match the Correla q va en Chancleta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
