Llorienzo Varela went to the cornerflag to take it. After 10 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Desiderio Montel was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Village Saint Charles FRC's Hector Herensuge in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Village Saint Charles FRC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Benet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Village Saint Charles FRC's Desiderio Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Uruguay were awarded a corner. Jaime Cazalla went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Cazalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Desiderio Montel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Pál Pintér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Village Saint Charles FRC's Hector Herensuge in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Pál Pintér put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Pál Pintér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Llorienzo Varela sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Gayoso skillfully saved the ball. In the 47th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pál Pintér was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Village Saint Charles FRC got a freekick which was hit by Llorienzo Varela. Francisco Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Desiderio Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Village Saint Charles FRC's Desiderio Montel got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pál Pintér in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Bruno Beldad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Village Saint Charles FRC fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Village Saint Charles FRC's Hector Herensuge looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gerasimos Tzanetakos kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Desiderio Montel made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Herensuge in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Pál Pintér put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Village Saint Charles FRC made a substitution. Pedro Luiz da Rocha replaced 严傲飞. Desiderio Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 78th minute of play. When Village Saint Charles FRC's Hector Herensuge in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pál Pintér, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Hector Herensuge was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Village Saint Charles FRC's Bernardino Telo was substituted for Hector Herensuge. In the 90th minute, Bernt Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Carballal. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Desiderio Montel made a huge save. Village Saint Charles FRC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
