Supreme Nue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zlatan sucks's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Zlatan sucks's Edgar Bjursell managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Edgar Bjursell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Bjursell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Zlatan sucks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Cristian Sancho heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Edgar Bjursell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Bjursell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zlatan sucks's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edgar Bjursell in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 21st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Bjursell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Strömberg came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sune Bergdal went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Edgar Bjursell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Strömberg in the 37th minute of play. Jerome Specht's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerome Specht helped the player get up and apologised. Jerome Specht kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 40th minute of play forced Zlatan sucks's goalkeeper Edgar Bjursell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Bjursell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Strömberg in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, Zlatan sucks's Edgar Bjursell got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sune Bergdal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Edgar Bjursell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute of the match Sven-Ove Holmgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 67thth minute of the game Sune Bergdal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Zlatan sucks's goalkeeper Edgar Bjursell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Krzysztof Kornatowski's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krzysztof Kornatowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Zlatan sucks got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Kornatowski. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Bjursell having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jerome Specht stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jerome Specht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sune Bergdal scored 2-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, Zlatan sucks could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
