Edelmiro Calvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Alabern in the 11th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Samuel Navarro hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Dabi Vila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Cacheres in the 26th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Pedro Manzanares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Cacheres in the 30th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes in the game, Nereo Cacheres dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Albano Unzueta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leandro Merino made in the 37th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastián Paz. Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Cacheres in the 40th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Cacheres in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 42nd minute of play forced Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Carballar, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. After 46 played minutes, Los once leones Ourense's Nereo Cacheres shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los once leones Ourense reached it. Raúl Ramis charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raúl Ramis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los once leones Ourense getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Raúl Ramis hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 57th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Albano Unzueta threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Albano Unzueta made a huge save. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Pablo-Enrique Alabern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 80th minute of play forced Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Mastache came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Ignacio Mastache dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albano Unzueta, 1-2. In the 87th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Mastache to maneuver through the defense. Dabi Vila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Albano Unzueta managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Colombia's Kevin Mastache fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Mastache in the 91st minute. Santino Seco made a great header on Colombia's corner, it was just that Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta managed to reach the ball for a save. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Cacheres in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
