Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Burhanettin Ertüze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Burhanettin Ertüze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovando Telch got free with Benito Sanz in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes into the game, Padrón 1744's Faustino Txurio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faustino Txurio got free with Benito Sanz in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Padrón 1744's Danilo Bibiano got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, German Guipuzkoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Padrón 1744's supporters rose to their feet, but German Guipuzkoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Burhanettin Ertüze took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a Padrón 1744's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Padrón 1744 booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Padrón 1744's Danilo Bibiano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Faustino Txurio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Faustino Txurio notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Ovando Telch scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 6-0. If Ragnar Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Txurio in the 48th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faustino Txurio to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Ovando Telch came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Txurio went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 61 minutes into the match, Danilo Bibiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Bibiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Faustino Txurio put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. When Padrón 1744's Faustino Txurio in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. 69 minutes into the game, Ovando Telch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Ovando Telch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Ovando Telch notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Padrón 1744's Ovando Telch. But to his dismay, Ovando Telch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Txurio in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Faustino Txurio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After 86 minutes, Axel Tasis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Padrón 1744 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Txurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Burhanettin Ertüze came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Padrón 1744 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burhanettin Ertüze couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Faustino Txurio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Txurio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovando Telch in the 96th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Padrón 1744 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
