Aguirre Verde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Anier Colas managed to get in a good position for a shot. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Colas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aguirre Verde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Anier Colas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aguirre Verde was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. In the 16th minute, Joga Bonito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of DUBAI Palm Jumeirah booed when ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Carlisle came free, but Godfredo Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Anier Colas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aguirre Verde. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ben Carlisle managed to get in a good position for a shot. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's supporters rose to their feet, but Ben Carlisle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Bento came out of the goal and Ben Carlisle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Sugoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Anier Colas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aguirre Verde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Anier Colas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anier Colas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aguirre Verde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Anier Colas notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Aguirre Verde. Aguirre Verde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aguirre Verde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anier Colas went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. 72 minutes into the game, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Anier Colas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aguirre Verde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Raul Senon was substituted for Paulo Domingues. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Cosme Bembe was substituted for Anier Colas. Godfredo Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Carlisle, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Aguirre Verde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Sugoi in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Jürgen Fahlgren got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Baldomero Sugoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Elivareo came free, but Aguirre Verde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulino Ponc kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Joga Bonito took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aguirre Verde. Aguirre Verde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 10-0 became the score in the 93rd minute when Baldomero Sugoi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Godfredo Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute, Cosme Bembe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0.

✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
