Widodo 凌统 hit a great ball. Clóvis Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Misaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Claudinho Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tom Misaki in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clóvis Amaral saved S.E.R Corujão from getting behind. A collision led to S.E.R Corujão getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lorenzo Rosas hit a great ball. Juan Raúl Riquelme kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Inter Miami CF's Armando Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 唐天宁 in the 26th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Lorenzo Rosas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Matia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when 唐天宁 made the kick off in the second half. Armando Matia came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by S.E.R Corujão's Lorenzo Rosas. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Rosas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After 62 minutes, Lorenzo Rosas made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Inter Miami CF's Armando Matia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Armando Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Rosas in the 66th minute of play. Sandro Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Eugenio Socorro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. Cornelio Calvino made in the 76th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Andy Johnson. Armando Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Rosas in the 80th minute of play. 唐天宁 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Armando Matia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Widodo 凌统 charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Widodo 凌统 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes S.E.R Corujão got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Paranaense. In the 97th minute, Lorenzo Rosas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Many of Inter Miami CF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Inter Miami CF may have spent more time on the ball, but S.E.R Corujão were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
