The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Shame! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Opincaru to maneuver through the defense. Ziya Sayhans short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Vlad Anghel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vlad Anghel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziya Sayhan in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Cristinel Bocaneț made a precise shot to the right of Egemen Kakisim. Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Vlad Anghel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halit Ziya Lebib in the 20th minute of the match. Ziya Sayhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Vlad Anghel made a huge save. Egemen Kakisim came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Shame!'s Iustin Chificeac. But to his dismay, Iustin Chificeac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aron Uncescu's late challenge caught a Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Uncescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute Shame! were awarded a corner. Liviu Ciolacu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Liviu Ciolacu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC's Egemen Kakisim did a great save. Vlad Anghel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziya Sayhan in the 33rd minute of the match. In the last second Vlad Anghel throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mustafa Numan İltemiz in the 37thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Egemen Kakisim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Bocaneț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristinel Bocaneț in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egemen Kakisim saved Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC from getting behind. Andrei Opincaru was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iustin Chificeac to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Opincaru in the 54th minute of play forced Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC's goalkeeper Egemen Kakisim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Evren Hunalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Turgay Revha charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Turgay Revha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute Délio Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Anghel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Délio Moura scored 1-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlad Anghel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Délio Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlad Anghel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. If Iustin Chificeac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustin Chificeac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Egemen Kakisim made a huge save. Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC's Egemen Kakisim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Shame!'s goalkeeper Vlad Anghel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Liviu Ciolacu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Egemen Kakisim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Délio Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlad Anghel was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Gigel Gorgan made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Teodor Lucaci however managed to control. After 94 minutes, Torgny Odeen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ａ Ｙ Ｉ Ｎ Ｔ Ａ Ｐ FC and the Shame! players grew even worse after the yellow card. Egemen Kakisim made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Teodor Lucaci sent off a good shot on target. Shame!'s Cristinel Bocaneț got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Shame!'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
