Spectators: 4467 (Terracing: 3352, Seating: 1027, VIP seats: 88) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aquiles Medina got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Real Racing Club's Marciano Orlondon got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After having played for 4 minutes, Narciso Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barões F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kléber Diniz in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Constancio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geovani de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Medina, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Medina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geovani de Senna was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Aquiles Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovani de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, João Paulo Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Medina struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Geovani de Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Racing Club. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Aquiles Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Medina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovani de Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oscar Constancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilton Trancoso's late challenge caught a Real Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilton Trancoso helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Barões F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Wilton Trancoso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Velasco in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Constancio saved Real Racing Club from getting behind. Geovani de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Medina in the 36th minute of play. Geovani de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Medina in the 41st minute of the match. Fermin Quintun hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Marciano Orlondon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Barões F. C. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Oswaldo Ceresso hit a great ball. Fermin Quintun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kléber Diniz was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Barões F. C.'s Geovani de Senna got control of the ball when Aquiles Medina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonardo Souto hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Fermin Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Real Racing Club booed when Barões F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magno Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquiles Medina got free with Geovani de Senna in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 65 in the game by Aquiles Medina from a close distance when the talented Geovani de Senna managed to make a qualified save. Barões F. C.'s players were relieved. Real Racing Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fermin Quintun in the 66th minute. Nunez Larpe was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Aquiles Medina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Geovani de Senna when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Geovani de Senna came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Racing Club's Aquiles Medina. But to his dismay, Aquiles Medina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 80 minutes into the match, Kléber Diniz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Real Racing Club's Oscar Constancio. Oscar Constancio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 83 in the game by Higinio Santiago from a close distance when the talented Geovani de Senna managed to make a qualified save. Barões F. C.'s players were relieved. When Real Racing Club's Aquiles Medina in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barões F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Ramiro Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar Constancio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narciso Velasco's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Marciano Orlondon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Racing Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Barões F. C..
