Dariusz Brysz scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genílson Loyola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Devils's Artur Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacharias Iosifakis in the 20th minute of play. If Zacharias Iosifakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Devils's Artur Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Devils from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute, Dariusz Brysz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Dariusz Brysz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Brysz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genílson Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zacharias Iosifakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The A Veces Menos Es Mas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Devils were winning 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacharias Iosifakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Dariusz Brysz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Brysz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Genílson Loyola made a huge save.
