Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cassius Byrne got the match started through his kick off. Jakob Lundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Ulrik Söderlund kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Michael Näver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petter Skarkman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Diego Bradley made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta. Michael Näver kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolo Skjold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Bradley in the 32 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, USA's Diego Bradley got a free kick in the 35th minute. Bolo Skjold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Petter Skarkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Petter Skarkman might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petter Skarkman ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Skarkman in the 45th minute of play. Monty Rogers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bolo Skjold read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petter Skarkman was the one to do the kick off. Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diego Bradley, made in the 55th minute of the game. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Lundin in the 55th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Jakob Lundin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of USA's Marco Day. Marco Day was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cassius Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Protegéerna made a substitution. Guido Python replaced Jakob Lundin. In the 66th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Python, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Diego Bradley made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Monty Rogers however managed to control. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petter Skarkman in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, USA's Edward Mcdonald got a free kick in the 77th minute. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. In the 78th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Mcdonald to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Python in the 79th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Python in the 88th minute of play. Bolo Skjold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. USA's Khalid Parry managed to work through Protegéerna's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Khalid Parry dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 92nd play minutes Guido Python shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Marco Day and just under the crossbar into goal.
