Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Tedj Sellal struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivar. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Ching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Senijad Ibričić notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Bolivar's Patrik Stöckert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced Bolivar's goalkeeper Afiz Ching to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tedj Sellal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afiz Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. Brett Cordrey kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afiz Ching was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Sancho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Senijad Ibričić in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Bolivar's Tedj Sellal got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Afiz Ching reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Pasquino hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Afiz Ching showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Brett Cordrey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afiz Ching having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Senijad Ibričić, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
