The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Martin Jax's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dražen Ladić was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 3rdth minute of the game Martin Jax who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Morena's Dražen Ladić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Isidro Larra in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AC Morena's Álvaro Fonseca. In the 15th minute, Aquiles Gana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Lastur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 20 played minutes AC Morena got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Labate. When Adriano Vilanova came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the GERLIROJO Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Vilanova couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Jax kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dražen Ladić. That made the score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. AC Morena's Jerzy Piwowarski got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elvio Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Vilanova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the AC Morena defense, Adriano Vilanova kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dražen Ladić. The AC Morena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dražen Ladić should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Aquiles Gana made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Ferdinando De Simone in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GERLIROJO Ψ's Adriano Vilanova. After 65 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Martin Jax. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Aquilino Ihintza replaced 姚坤森. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Eleuterio Benvido replaced Furtado Ozaolaza. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Aquiles Gana managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Morena's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Gana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Lastur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 70 played minutes AC Morena got a freekick which was hit by Ciccio Di Loreto. 71 minutes into the match, AC Morena's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Benvido came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Epifanio Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
