After a rather tough play, Howling Dawn U18's Camilo Sanchez got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fryderyk Grucza in the 3rd minute of play. Enzo Shantala came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Monte Gordo's Fabrício Lustosa. But to his dismay, Fabrício Lustosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Enzo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Lustosa in the 11th minute of the match. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adérito Abreu in the 12th minute of play. Enzo Shantala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fryderyk Grucza's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After some careless play in the Howling Dawn U18 defense, Fabrício Lustosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Shantala. The Howling Dawn U18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Shantala should have stopped the shot. Lun Luna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Mao Zhen Hong made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Astor Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Lun Luna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mao Zhen Hong. That made the score 1-2 in the 22 minute of play. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Lustosa in the 34th minute of play. Enzo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fryderyk Grucza in the 36th minute of the match. Enzo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adérito Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaberto Gilesindo lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 40th match minute, Howling Dawn U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Maximiliano Bilbo replaced Astor Barbosa. Guaberto Gilesindo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When Adérito Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Academia Monte Gordo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adérito Abreu couldn't finish the play. After 46 minutes, Teofilo Oriol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Howling Dawn U18 and the Academia Monte Gordo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Teofilo Oriol hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Sanchez. After the first half Academia Monte Gordo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lun Luna made the kick off in the second half. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Howling Dawn U18 from getting a goal against them. Fryderyk Grucza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Enzo Shantala made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Fabrício Lustosa could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Enzo Shantala however easily saved by the left post. In the 61st minute of the game, Luciano Tiso landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 63rd match minute, Howling Dawn U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Oriol to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Shantala was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Fabrício Lustosa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabrício Lustosa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. With his leg Enzo Shantala managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Academia Monte Gordo's Adélio Infante fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 77 minutes in the game Pascual Mouricio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fabrício Lustosa. Enzo Shantala made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Fabrício Lustosa sent off a good shot on target. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Grucza in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fryderyk Grucza in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Shantala saved Howling Dawn U18 from getting behind. Howling Dawn U18's attentive Baldomiro Jerrald managed to snatch the ball when Pascual Mouricio made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. Damião Pinto made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pascual Mouricio. Adérito Abreu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Enzo Shantala made a huge save. Academia Monte Gordo played a much better game than Howling Dawn U18 and deserved their victory. The Howling Dawn U18 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
