Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donny Slot got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute of the match AC Pitt Bier got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Borys Sienkiewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. AC Pitt Bier's Borys Sienkiewicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Donny Slot sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, AC Pitt Bier's Albert Heebels dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Tim Hartogh hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ege Vecih saved AC Pitt Bier from getting behind. The supporters of AC Pitt Bier booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Donny Slot tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ege Vecih made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 30th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ege Vecih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donny Slot. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Hieronim Literski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Pitt Bier's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hieronim Literski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joost Crans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donny Slot to make the kick off. If Hieronim Literski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th match minute, AC Pitt Bier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sipke Breinburg to maneuver through the defense. Hieronim Literski scored 4-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Heebels took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Slot in the 78th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donny Slot's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Pascal Beukenkamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AC Pitt Bier made a substitution. Albert Heebels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donny Slot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donny Slot in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Bram Smits hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AC Pitt Bier.
