Miguel Godoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Ponciano De Pedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 30th minute of the match. Auriolam II C.F.'s Ponciano De Pedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ponciano De Pedro saved Auriolam II C.F. from getting behind. Miguel Godoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Miguel Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ponciano De Pedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Orlando Casaus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chile's attentive Jose Manzanedo managed to snatch the ball when Gabri Gutierrez made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. With a little luck, Auriolam II C.F.'s Ponciano De Pedro got control of the ball when Orlando Casaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Godoy scored 2-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Auriolam II C.F.'s Ponciano De Pedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 73rd minute of play. Auriolam II C.F.'s Ponciano De Pedro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Auriolam II C.F. from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Chile's Ponciano De Pedro threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mariano Lacasa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee ignored Chile's protests and gave Jose Manzanedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Manzanedo to maneuver through the defense.
