Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Stowe City's Kaj Helström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaj Helström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emmanuel Stroh charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emmanuel Stroh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Stowe City getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Emmanuel Stroh hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Kaj Helström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Stowe City's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kaj Helström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ward Neal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kaj Helström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Niles Crane scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes Stowe City got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Stroh. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 28th minute of play forced Stowe City's goalkeeper Kaj Helström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaj Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Stowe City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Agustín Saelices managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Stowe City's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Johnathan Haynes in the 36th minute. Stowe City's Johnathan Haynes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emmanuel Stroh kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niles Crane was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Emmanuel Stroh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stowe City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 54th minute Niles Crane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaj Helström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Ward Neal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niles Crane in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Stowe City's Kaj Helström got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 78th minute of play forced Stowe City's goalkeeper Kaj Helström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaj Helström. Stowe City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. After having played for 81 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stowe City's Kaj Helström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Stowe City from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stowe City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Kaj Helström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaj Helström was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 92 minutes, Angelo Price mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stowe City and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Stowe City fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty!
