An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Nascimento in the 11th minute of play forced ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper Edgar Ciocârlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Ciocârlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Cabral in the 18th minute of play. After 22 minutes, Tiago Fantini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Primatas FC and the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ booed when Primatas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th match minute, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Valerian to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th match minute, Primatas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério Pires to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvério Pires in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Ciocârlan saved ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ from getting behind. Edgar Ciocârlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Cabral in the 32nd minute of the match. Silvério Pires took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Ciocârlan. Edgar Ciocârlan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 36 minutes, Arlindo Madureira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Primatas FC and the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. With 41 minutes on the clock, Leontin Timaru commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Leontin Timaru hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Jailson Paraibano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Primatas FC's goalkeeper Walmir Leal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiberiu Pantilimon. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiberiu Pantilimon got free with Walmir Leal in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Edgar Ciocârlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Pires in the 48th minute of play. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Primatas FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvério Pires to strike the kick off in the second half. When Silvério Pires came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Primatas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Pires couldn't finish the play. Silvério Pires might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Ciocârlan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvério Pires ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute of the match, Silvério Pires got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgar Ciocârlan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edgar Ciocârlan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gilmar Cabral showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 65 minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Tiberiu Pantilimon made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walmir Leal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Primatas FC's Tomé Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Durval Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Aurel Iosifian got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Paul Morar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arlindo Madureira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Ciocârlan. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Tomé Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomé Almeida got free with Edgar Ciocârlan in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Ciocârlan was a little too slow when Baltazar Nascimento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-3.
