Facundo Cadaval might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wincenty Sikola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Facundo Cadaval ran back to his position shaking his head. Wincenty Sikola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after EB Specjal Gdansk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led Mexico's Macos Graciani to fire away a dangerous shot which Wincenty Sikola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kazimierz Kossakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wincenty Sikola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 23rd minute of play. Kazimierz Kossakowski in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dante Lacasa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 37th minute, Dane Toth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, EB Specjal Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Wincenty Sikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Leonardo Leoz hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wincenty Sikola. EB Specjal Gdansk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luca Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Wincenty Sikola made a huge save. The supporters of EB Specjal Gdansk booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, EB Specjal Gdansk's Wincenty Sikola got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Cadaval got free with Wincenty Sikola in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 61st minute. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Kullander went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. EB Specjal Gdansk's Fryderyk Ruzicki was substituted for Szymon Paciuszko. Wincenty Sikola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 86th minute of play. Szymon Michnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. EB Specjal Gdansk's Emil Kullander managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 92 minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, EB Specjal Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Wincenty Sikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Ruszkowski in the 98th minute of the match. EB Specjal Gdansk succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
