Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Boncho Vlúchkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lakhdar Guendouz sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Arsenio Claus got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Lakhdar Guendouz sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Salmiyah Power's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boncho Vlúchkov came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Lakhdar Guendouz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Boncho Vlúchkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Kacper Koperski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salmiyah Power's supporters rose to their feet, but Kacper Koperski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 45th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boncho Vlúchkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arsenio Claus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boncho Vlúchkov was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Salmiyah Power getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Brahim Kerkar hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Lakhdar Guendouz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lakhdar Guendouz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Salmiyah Power getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Lakhdar Guendouz hit a great ball. Lakhdar Guendouz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Boncho Vlúchkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Lakhdar Guendouz came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salmiyah Power's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cheb Haddou in the 80th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cheb Haddou got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 84th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakhdar Guendouz in the 86th minute of play. Boncho Vlúchkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Arsenio Claus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salmiyah Power's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Claus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Salmiyah Power getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Abderrahmane Merah hit a great ball.
