Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arsenio Claus kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute of the match, Arsenio Claus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Salmiyah Power's Lakhdar Guendouz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 14th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boncho Vlúchkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Lakhdar Guendouz sent off a good shot on target. In the 18thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boncho Vlúchkov. Boncho Vlúchkov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. If Lakhdar Guendouz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arsenio Claus. Jose Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Salmiyah Power booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boncho Vlúchkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boncho Vlúchkov was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 48th minute Kacper Koperski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Tomas Illescas came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Boncho Vlúchkov could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Kacper Koperski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Koperski in the 58th minute of play. When Salmiyah Power's Lakhdar Guendouz in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After 65 minutes of play, Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lakhdar Guendouz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Boncho Vlúchkov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Arsenio Claus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Arsenio Claus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cheb Haddou was slow to take the kick. During this time Salmiyah Power's players had a chance to rest. Salmiyah Power walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
