Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Yu Sha Xu hit a great ball. Kacper Tobiáš took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.C. Sosnowiec's Kacper Tobiáš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play. Kacper Tobiáš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th match minute, F.C. Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Skarpiak to maneuver through the defense. After 15 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kacper Tobiáš was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute, Edin Džeko made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kacper Tobiáš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edin Džeko went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Montenegro in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kacper Tobiáš saved F.C. Sosnowiec from getting behind. Kacper Tobiáš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 42nd minute of play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edin Džeko to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Juan Sebastián Puig played forward. With a little luck, F.C. Sosnowiec's Kacper Tobiáš got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kacper Tobiáš. That made the score 2-2 in the 58 minute of play. F.C. Sosnowiec's Kacper Tobiáš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 61st minute of play. Teofil Skarpiak charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofil Skarpiak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when F.C. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Kacper Tobiáš threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dennis Esbjörnsson charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. F.C. Sosnowiec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when F.C. Teofil Skarpiak was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th match minute, F.C. Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Skarpiak to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Sosnowiec's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kacper Tobiáš came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador played a much better game than F.C. Sosnowiec and deserved their victory. The F.C. Sosnowiec players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
