Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Diego Lauaxeta hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Dimas. After some careless play in the Rivermania FC defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Sengrat. The Rivermania FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Sengrat should have stopped the shot. 9 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arturo Sengrat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Arturo Sengrat didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. When Angelo Salbatore fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rivermania FC's protests and gave Angelo Salbatore a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Salbatore. A collision led to Rivermania FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Diego Lauaxeta hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Arturo Sengrat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Sengrat having to interfere. In the 31st minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Sengrat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Arturo Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rivermania FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute, German Teofilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Sengrat came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig. But to his dismay, Juan Sebastián Puig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Arturo Sengrat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Arturo Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Sengrat came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5.

Arturo Sengrat made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 56 minutes, Cristian Sancho made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Rivermania FC's Arturo Sengrat tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 59 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Sengrat was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Rivermania FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. After a rather tough play, Rivermania FC's Diego Lauaxeta got a free kick in the 97th minute.
