Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco got in the 6th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Otoniel Bonet handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Ivo Calado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Calado came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Camilo Franco suffered a sore foot after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 22 minutes into the game, Christian Sandalio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Terapia Intensiva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. Uruguay made a substitution. Mateo Garrido replaced Camilo Franco. Bruno Montez charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Montez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Maximiliano Escribano got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Uruguay. Bruno Montez made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otoniel Bonet saved Terapia Intensiva from getting behind. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in 43 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Otoniel Bonet guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Terapia Intensiva's Ivo Calado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 54th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sainz to maneuver through the defense. Christian Sandalio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Otoniel Bonet made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. Uruguay's Francisco Seco was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 58th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Lorenzo Fernanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Arturo Carvallo hit a great ball. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Otoniel Bonet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Otoniel Bonet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jorge Sainz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. Jorge Sainz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 71st minute. 82 minutes into the game, Francisco Seco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Otoniel Bonet. Francisco Seco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After having played for 87 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, Lucio Luix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Cazalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Otoniel Bonet made a huge save.
