When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Guilian Hombroeckx took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurend Steenbecks having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 24th minute, Guilian Hombroeckx reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 28th minute, Xander-Paul Van der Meiren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AUcimont fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Xander-Paul Van der Meiren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, AUcimont's Xander-Paul Van der Meiren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. In the 35th minute of the match, Guilian Hombroeckx tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurend Steenbecks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Xander-Paul Van der Meiren tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Xander-Paul Van der Meiren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind AUcimont's goalkeeper Laurend Steenbecks, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. AUcimont's Tim-Jan Terhorst was substituted for Guilian Hombroeckx. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xander-Paul Van der Meiren, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tim-Jan Terhorst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Patricio Costa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Steven Pulix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Pulix in the 77th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes AUcimont got a freekick which was hit by Nikodemus Kronwall. After 83 played minutes AUcimont got a freekick which was hit by Luk Eli. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim-Jan Terhorst in the 84th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Pulix in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurend Steenbecks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AUcimont had played much better football throughout.
