The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesare Maestri got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennis Baggio's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Baggio helped the player get up and apologised. Dennis Baggio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Supremacy Catania FC's Raimundo Espírito Santo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Supremacy Catania FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Supremacy Catania FC's Cesare Maestri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Supremacy Catania FC made a substitution. Dave Di Gregorio replaced Raimundo Espírito Santo. Supremacy Catania FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Franco Lizzi in the 71st minute. Zachariasz Rasimowicz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Dave Di Gregorio scored 5-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Di Gregorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Supremacy Catania FC's Dave Di Gregorio. But to his dismay, Dave Di Gregorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Gregorio in the 86th minute of the match. After 87 minutes, Dave Di Gregorio made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Rachid Baba Ali Factor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Supremacy Catania FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Baba Ali Factor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Supremacy Catania FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
