Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wouter Gijselinckx kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Santino Seco hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Jose Van Eyken had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Van Eyken was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Kristen Spoelberghe sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute of the match, Wouter Gijselinckx tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pedro Manzanares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 18th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gillis Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's Axel Montenegro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gillis Degens in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gillis Degens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Kristen Spoelberghe tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of KFC Welden booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Cazalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as KFC Welden's Fernand De Spiegeleire slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent De Vadder in the 43rd minute of play.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. Frederik Van Beringhen made in the 50th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fernand De Spiegeleire however managed to control. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gillis Degens made a huge save. A hard shot 55 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Gillis Degens managed to make a qualified save. KFC Welden's players were relieved. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brent De Vadder in the 57th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, KFC Welden's Brent De Vadder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After a rather tough play, KFC Welden's Vincent Dejonghe got a free kick in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Gillis Degens in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gillis Degens. Axel Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Van Eyken in the 71st minute of the match. In the 77th minute Pascual Carballar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gillis Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Fernand De Spiegeleire was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Welden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. Gillis Degens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Colombia got a corner. KFC Welden's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Mastache ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kevin Mastache made a great header on Colombia's corner, it was just that KFC Welden's Gillis Degens managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Gillis Degens in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Vincent Dejonghe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes, Kristen Spoelberghe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Welden and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, KFC Welden's Kristen Spoelberghe got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Kevin Mastache went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KFC Welden fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
