Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guo Ke Peng in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixten Nordström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sixten Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Strömqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of U21 Sweden booed when Kingpins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rickard Lundgren was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelle Flinck in the 55th minute of play forced Kingpins's goalkeeper Brendan Leblanc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of U21 Sweden booed when Kingpins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Ahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixten Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Kruuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kingpins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kingpins's Brendan Leblanc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 97th minute of play. In the 100thth minute of the game Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kingpins's Brendan Leblanc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
