The shot was a little too simple and Pedro Manzanares could save by the left post. Vänge IF's Mauro Otsoa got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Luis Cazalla got a free kick in the 17th minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them.
